Jim is the active Chairman and co-founder of cTel and brings 18 years of start-up, operating, merger, acquisition and financial services experience to the Company including founding four service companies in the healthcare industry and serving in the audit division of one of the worlds largest accounting, tax and consulting firms where he focused on audit and M&A work for a myriad of clients in the healthcare, utilities, real estate and publishing industries.
John is the President, CEO and brain child of cTel and a graduate from the University Of Missouri with a degree in Business Management and Marketing. John has over 16 years of relevant experience in the CRM industry, including co-founding and building Concept One Marketing, LLC dba Contact Concepts, a predecessor CRM services company specializing in communications CRM services, where he was President. John has preceded stints at Safeco Insurance Company and Dillard’s, Inc. John has also developed custom lead management and CRM technologies.
Brian is the Chief Technology Officer; he graduated from the University of Houston with a B.B.A. in Management of Information Systems. In 1995, after a brief engagement with Unisys Consulting Services in San Francisco, he returned to Houston to work as a Systems Analyst with AIM Management Group. During his tenure with AIM, Brian was responsible for the design, development and support of systems utilized by AIM's Equity and Fixed Income Trading units. In 1998, he left AIM to become the Director of Information Technology at U.S. Republic Communications, Inc., where he led the design, development, and implementation of U.S. Republic's Web BackOffice architecture. After Prodigy acquired U.S. Republic in 1999, he remained with the company serving as the Director of Project Management. In 2001, he left Prodigy to start iDataWorx, LLC, a web consulting and development company focused on providing technology solutions that maximize business performance. He is using his expertise to develop and manage cTel's next generation technology platform.
Rebecca is the Call Center Manager in our Nashville, TN location. She received her B.A. from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, AR. Rebecca started her call center career in 2001 for Teleflora, Inc. She worked with them over the next couple of years and then entered the call center outsource world by working with StarTek. She began to manage a large 500+ seat call center in her hometown of Jonesboro, AR. She continued her career of managing call centers, working with Alorica and Xerox. Then in 2012 moved to Nashville, TN and began working with cTel in November of 2012. She currently resides in Lebanon, TN with her husband Shawn, and their daughter Elizabeth. She is an avid Arkansas Razorback fan and loves watching her daughter’s softball team.
Jeremy is the Call Center manager in our Columbia, TN location. He was born in a small town in TN called Chapel Hill. He was raised on a farm where he first learned what hard work was. At the age of 14 he began to work for his father in their family business. He worked as an engineer for a few years until he took over his family business and ran it until his father’s death in 2006. He worked for Medical Reimbursements of America (MRA) as the operations manager for 5 years. He was in charge of the day to day operations of their call center with over 250 agents. He holds several degrees in engineering and AutoCAD certification. He is married and has 2 daughters ages 11 and 7.
