Company Announces Opening Of New Call Center Site

John M. Baur President, today announced the opening of the companies second call center location located in the Greenbriar Business Park in Nashville, Tennessee. The center, containing approximately 5,000 square feet, will employ approximately 75 customer contact representatives when fully staffed.

The company opened its first call center on July 15th, 2003 in a 5,000 square foot facility located in the Maury County Shopping Center in Columbia, Tennessee. The Columbia center at full capacity will employ approximately 85 customer contact representatives when fully staffed.

Commenting on the site expansion, Mr. Baur stated, “We selected Nashville as our second site location due to its breadth of call center employment talent. We are in the process of securing additional contracts and this site will serve to launch those newly executed contracts upon finalization” Bert Christmon, Director of Call Center Operations commented, “Nashville has a perfect employment environment for the establishment of our second call center. John and I look forward to working with some of the talent that we have worked with in the past in the Nashville market through predecessor organizations”.

Company Announces Formation and Financing From The State Of Tennessee, Tennessee Valley Authority And First Farmers And Merchants Bank

Baur President, today announced the formation of CenterTel Management Group, Inc., d/b/a cTel (“the Company” or “cTel”), a customer relationship management (CRM) and automated voice transaction service provider. cTel enables its clients to outsource a full range of services, including processing of customer initiated contacts, automated voice response services and direct marketing and fulfillment services. Through two operating subsidiaries, the Company is structured to execute call center services contracts with various businesses including minority and disadvantaged businesses.

In addition to Mr. Creason and Mr. Baur, Bert H. Christmon, Jr. formerly of Gannet Telemarketing, a subsidiary of Gannet Company, serves as Director of Call Center Operations. The founding management team has more than 50 years combined start-up, development and call center operations experience.

In addition to announcing the company formation, cTel today closed on operating and capital equipment financing with First Farmers and Merchants Bank (FFM), Columbia Tennessee, through two unique financing programs administered by The Department of Economic and Community Development of the State of Tennessee and the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA). Tennessee’s Telecommunications Assistance Program (TAP) a fund created by the State Legislature in 1996 to assist small and disadvantaged businesses guarantees the complete financing package with FFM. TVA’s Valley Fund, a fund to assist minority owned businesses, provided, the needed financing for cTel’s capital equipment through a participation agreement with FFM.

Commenting on the formation and financing, Mr. Creason stated, “ John, Bert and I are extremely enthused about building on our experience and expertise in the formation of businesses and the development and operations of call centers.
